FAQ's

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently only ship within the UK.

We aim to have your orders packaged and posted within 3-5 business days*.

(Excludes weekends and Bank Holidays)

All orders will be shipped with Royal Mail, Second Class delivery. If you would like your order any sooner, please contact us and we will see what we can do for you!

Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your parcel to arrive, although we expect them to be with you a lot sooner, we cannot anticipate delays within Royal Mail.

*Postage timings may vary throughout the year, if there are any changes you will see this stated clearly before check-out on our main page.

RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we are happy to receive any returns.

Please ensure you check your full order on receipt of delivery and contact us immediately if there are any issues, so that we are able to resolve your problem quickly and efficiently.

Please contact us with your full order details within 14 days of delivery.

All items must be unused, in original packaging and condition, as they arrived to you,

Please note that postage and packaging costs will NOT be refunded and we will send a returns postage label for you to use - this will also be deducted from your refund value, unless in the case of damaged/faulty items. We will require evidence of any damaged/faulty items.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed ASAP, with a time-scale of no longer than 3-5 working days.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Where possible, we will add a tracking number to your delivery.​

If this has not been done, please do contact us for confirmation.
